Rest in Peace Andy

We received the sad news today that Andy Cole had passed away after a short illness. The Club extends its heart felt condolences to Andy's family and friends. Andy left the school in 1988. He went on to play for the Old Boys for a number of years prior to the merger with Purley. He was a great athelete and a prolific winger as well as a great sprinter. Intelligent and kind, Andy will be sorly missed by all those who knew him. May he rest in peace. Simon Cripps writes:
"Sad to say that Andy Cole, from Fisher 1981-1988, passed away last night after a short illness. He was a legendary wing, who many will remember for his incredible try-scoring record. A great caricature and always good for a debate, no matter the topic.
Incredibly clever, with so many diverse interests and talents, he will be sorely missed.
Will update when we have funeral details.
Pic is of the first Canada tour lineup (Andy is back row 2nd from the right)"
