Around 300 people turned out for the annual minis and juniors awards day. The warm day was supplemented with a bouncy slide and barbeque. A great time was had by all and it provided a fitting end of season event to celebrate the wonderful successes of this year. The U 12s winning their section of the Waterfall cup competition hosted by Surrey and then going on to become group winners at the Tigers Challenge held at Bognor RFC. The celebration was followed on the Sunday by the final festival of the season at London Irish where all the sides attending from the club acquitted themselves with distinction. The team of the day was the U10s who won 7 out of eight of their games, garnering the praise and admiration from coaches of opposition teams. The U11s and U8s also put in performances that they can all be proud of. A big thank you to all our coaches and the wonderfully supportive parents. We are now drawing up plans for next season which we hope will be just as successful.
