I learnt last night from Phil, Mike's son, that Mike passed away quietly with his family on January 6th. More news and fuller obituary will follow shortly. Mike's son Andrew is over from Australia and will be attending the club lunch next week. All those who would like to meet up with Andrew to pass on condolences would be welcome. We hope to recognise Mike's contribution to Purley RFC and latterly PJFRFC at the O Whitgiftiasns lunch when we hope that Mrs Tidy will be able to attend with their other son Phil. We send our deepest condolences to the family at this difficult time. Mike was a great Club member and will be missed by us all.
