PJF returned to training last night at the Pightle. The improved lighting enabling training over a far bigger area than before. A big thank you to Luke and Bryan for all their hard work in getting the new units fitted.Nineteen players turned out to take part in a rigorous session put together by coach Rhodri. All this in preparation for the return to a form of full contact rugby in January. Although the leagues have been suspended for this season it looks as though we are on schedule to return to a competitive form of rugby which has rules modified to reduce physical contact. Tackling and rucks will be allowed but mauls and set scrums will not. Training is every Wednesday night, new members are always welcome just turn up with kit and we will get you joining in.
