Sadly we lost two friends at the end of April and beginning of May. Paul died after a long struggle with cancer at the end of April, followed by Paul's great friend Peter (Bertie) Robertson who passed away quite suddenly a few weeks later. Unfortunately, because of restrictions many could not attend the funerals. The promised wake, when we can celebrate Paul and Peter's lives will be held at Purley John Fisher RFC , Coulsdon Road, Old Coulsdon, CR5 1EE. We invite as many friends of Paul and Peter to the event where we can raise a glass or two to two lives that were well lived. The Club will be open from 6.00pm on Thursday evening, June 10th. A barbecue will be available to provide an accompaniment to the drinks. We look forward to seeing you this Thursday.
