PJF were disappointed to lose this final match of the year. With a number of new players introduced into the side was going to find it hard to gel. Put under pressure from the start PJF struggled to create any sort of consistent platform which meant that they were always going to be living off scraps. Despite the disappointing performance there were still rays of sunshine that shed light on what the side could produce. Kareem came on in the second half and showed strength and determination and pace that warranted his man of the match award. Ubi in the centre always looked threatening when given the ball with a little space to work with. George Perry was solid moving into No 8 from the centre. The biggest lesson PJF has to learn is ball retention. The players have the tools and the talent and the knowledge but they do need to hone their skills and learn how best to utilise them. When they do they will be a truly formidable side.
