Reverting to the successful formula employed earlier in the season, the visitors tried hard to keep the ball amongst their pack and take the game to the home side upfront. PJF were ready and despite a slow first 15 minutes they soon got into their stride and took the game out into the country away from the traffic. Fly half Dan Leidecker, opened the account with a penalty and was then instrumental in releasing his backs which resulted in Nick Owen scoring PJF's first try.
This settled the side and they soon got into a rhythm which run Dartfordians ragged. The tight five secured good first phase possession, especially in the line outs. The back row foraged and re-cycled vigorously giving quick and plentiful ball to their three-quarters. Ensuing tries by Steve Alvarez, Pete Doyle, Raurie Campbell-Carson and two by flanker Ollie Booth sealed the game and kept the lively crowd on their toes. Leidecker slotted 4 conversions to round off his Man of the Match performance.
After the game the side felt they had done their job and gone some way to getting Team PJF back on track as they aim for promotion. Next Week they visit third placed Old Dunstonians.
