Training sessions will be every Wednesday from 7:30pm to 9pm and will be formed of fitness, conditioning and skills training taken by our club coach Paul Howells, backs coach Daniel Leidecker and forwards coach Shane Van Der Schyff.
Both forwards and backs train together on the Wednesday for the team run through.
The club is open from 6:30pm to 7:45pm each Wednesday for player physio treatment.
Training is open to everyone not just current playing members of the club or 1stXV players so come along regardless of the last time you played or the team you play for. If you are looking to move from another club or want to get back into rugby or fancy playing for the first time, come along and enjoy the training. The training will be tailored to suit everyone.
