Spirits high so come and support the lads.

PJF warmed up for the season with a workmanlike win over local rivals Chipstead. Whilst there were some great moments in the game PJF are still a work in progress. But the game puts the side in a good place for the start of the league season next week when PJF play host to newly promoted Met Police who were crowned champions of Surrey Division 3 last season. The game will be proceeded by lunch so if you haven't booked your place yet please do so before Wednesday by e mailing Niel if you would like to attend.
The Marlins had a tough time at the Surrey 10s tournament at KCS. Having performed well last season the Marlins turned up with a side without many regulars and found themselves in a tournament with a much higher standard this year. But the spirit was good. It would be good to see a few more Marlins at training if possible.
Training moves to Wednesday this week from 7.00pm at the Pightle. Attendance has been good during the pre-season with a move to once a week on a Wednesday it would be good to see things continue in a positive vein.
Next weeks game at the Pightle will be followed by a start of season Barbeque so it would be great to see as many players and their other halves at the club for the evening.
Lastly I would like to say a huge thank you to Luke and Bryan who have worked enormously hard over the Summer to get the club house and ground ready for the new season. New Gents and ladies toilets and some great work behind the bar and on the pitch see the Pightle ready for the new season
